RICHARD began working with his father at age 18 throughout Redondo and Beverly Hills CA where he received his General Contractors license. In 1994 Richard moved to Colorado Springs and has been serving residential homes throughout the region since.

RJ, Richards son, has been on sites with his dad as early as 9 years old. RJ began working with his dad at age 14.
